Shift Type: Nights, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, first to float

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: - $70per hour

• Deliver expert emergency care to patients with diverse conditions
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Triage incoming patients and manage critical situations calmly
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR system
• Float to other Sacramento facilities as needed to support the team

• Active California RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Ability to read and interpret EKG strips with confidence
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

• Emergency nursing and trauma care expertise
• Proficiency in Cerner electronic medical records
• Telemetry monitoring and EKG interpretation
• Patient assessment, triage, and rapid decision-making
• Familiarity with behavioral health and fast-track processes
