The People Concern is hiring an ICMS Case Manager for the Woodlake Family program in Woodland Hills. This full-time onsite role supports clients’ housing stability and community reintegration using harm reduction and trauma-informed care.
You will split your caseload between two sites, coordinating services to address barriers to housing and ensuring continuity of care for clients transitioning from homelessness to permanent housing.
