We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead & Developer with strong hands‑on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Omni Studio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Omni Studio
- Lead development activities and provide technical guidance to team members
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using web services and APIs
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Support knowledge transfer and coordination with distributed teams
- Implement and manage Salesforce configurations, customizations, and administrative tasks
- Develop and maintain workflows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards
- Perform unit testing and ensure code quality through best practices
- Manage deployments using tools such as Change Sets, ANT, or Eclipse, and resolve deployment issues
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, governor limits, and platform best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide scalable solutions
- 9+ years of IT experience, including extensive experience in Salesforce development and implementation
- Strong hands‑on experience with LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Omni Studio
- Experience working on multiple Salesforce projects involving LWC and Omni Studio
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, WSDL, and other APIs
- Strong understanding of governor limits, coding best practices, and Apex limitations
- Experience with tools such as Bulk API and Metadata API
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, or Mule Soft
- Strong knowledge of database concepts including SQL/PL‑SQL, schemas, and stored procedures
- Experience with unit testing and test class development
- Hands‑on experience with deployment tools and processes
- Understanding of Salesforce administration activities such as user setup, roles, profiles, and security
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Omni Studio across multiple projects or extended project duration
- Prior experience with Java or .NET technologies
- Experience in healthcare payer domain
- Experience working with distributed or global teams
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
- Salesforce App Builder Certification (Required)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant Certification (Good to have)
