Client is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead / Developer with extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development, particularly in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Omni Studio. The role involves leading development efforts, designing scalable solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience working with stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Salesforce development and implementation activities across projects.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using LWC, Apex, Omni Studio, Visualforce, and Lightning frameworks.
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and project execution.
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other web service protocols.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including governor limits and coding standards.
- Perform unit testing, create test classes, and ensure quality through positive and negative test scenarios.
- Manage deployments using tools such as Change Sets, Eclipse, or ANT and resolve deployment issues.
- Configure and customize Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
- Support troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement of Salesforce applications.
- 9+ years of overall IT experience with 9+ years in Salesforce development, implementation, administration, and configuration.
- Strong hands‑on experience in LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Omni Studio.
- Experience working on multiple projects involving Omni Studio or significant hands‑on experience in Omni Studio.
- Proficiency in Salesforce integrations, including REST, SOAP, WSDL, and API‑based architectures.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, coding best practices, and system limitations.
- Experience with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader or ETL tools.
- Knowledge of database concepts including SQL, PL/SQL, schemas, and stored procedures.
- Experience with deployment tools and processes in Salesforce environments.
- Understanding of Salesforce administration activities including user setup, roles, profiles, and security configuration.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Java or .NET technologies.
- Experience in healthcare payer domain.
- Experience with Bulk API, Metadata API, and advanced integration patterns.
- Required:
Salesforce Platform Developer I and App Builder certifications. - Preferred:
Salesforce Platform Developer II (or equivalent advanced developer certification). - Good to have:
Advanced Administrator or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
