We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician II – Receiver/Shipper to join our warehouse and logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, verifying, organizing, and shipping seed and non-seed materials. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management and timely shipment of products.
Key Responsibilities- Verify incoming shipments against packing lists and ERP system records
- Inspect materials for damage and ensure accurate counts and weights
- Stage and store materials in designated warehouse locations
- Enter receiving data into ERP system and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform sampling, counts, and testing of seed materials
- Organize and scan receiving records for tracking and compliance
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments according to order requirements
- Verify product identification, counts, and weights for accuracy
- Stage shipments and ensure proper labeling and documentation
- Coordinate shipping priorities with Customer Service and internal teams
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment
- Support inventory control and warehouse processing tasks
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience
- Forklift and material handling equipment experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems preferred)
- Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work overtime during peak seasons
- Associate’s degree in Agriculture, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
- Equivalent work experience will be considered
