We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Temp Executive, Community Engagement & Events to provide administrative and operational support for outreach programmes, partnership engagements, youth initiatives, and event activities.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy coordinating events, engaging stakeholders, and supporting initiatives that bring communities together.
Key Responsibilities Community Engagement & Events SupportProvide administrative and logistical support for outreach, partnership, and engagement events.
Coordinate event arrangements, including venue bookings, invitations, registrations, attendance tracking, and post-event feedback collection.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of programmes and events.
Maintain accurate stakeholder and donation records.
Process acknowledgements and support the preparation of financial and administrative documentation.
Ensure records are maintained in accordance with organisational policies and governance requirements.
Support the planning and implementation of youth engagement activities and initiatives.
Coordinate programme logistics, scheduling, participant registration, and administrative requirements.
Assist in stakeholder communications to facilitate successful programme execution.
Support procurement-related administrative processes for events and programmes.
Source quotations, coordinate with vendors, and maintain procurement documentation.
Ensure compliance with established procurement policies and procedures.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and programme documentation.
Provide administrative support for cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned to support organisational objectives.
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of relevant experience in event coordination, community engagement, programme administration, customer service, or related fields will be an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with procurement systems or processes (e.g. GeBIZ, Workday, or similar platforms) will be an advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
