Field Service Technician IRIT

Working Hours:

12 hour rotating shift

Woodlands

1 month completion bonus applicable

• Equipment Maintenance:
  Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, calibrations, and repairs on complex semiconductor tools (e.g., ASM deposition equipment or back-end assembly tools).
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:
  Dismantle, diagnose, and rebuild electrical, mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies using diagnostic tools and schematics.
• System Upgrades & Modifications:
  Execute equipment hardware and software modifications as directed by field engineers.
• Compliance & Safety:
  Adhere strictly to safety standards (e.g., ESD, 6S protocols), cleanroom guidelines, and quality control procedures.
• Customer & Shift Support:
  Document daily incident statuses, handle pass-down shifts, and participate in on-call rotations to minimize equipment downtime.

• NITEC/Higher NITEC and Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• 1 to 3+ years of technical experience in field service, semiconductor manufacturing, or OEM capital equipment maintenance is advantageous
• Strong ability to read electromechanical schematics, interpret technical manuals, and use test equipment is preferred
• Work Environment:
  Capability to work in high-tech, fast-paced clean rooms, often requiring 12-hour rotating shifts.
