Semicon Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Perform equipment servicing, preventive maintenance and repair activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment hardware, software and process-related issues.

• Respond to equipment issues and provide timely technical support.

• Conduct equipment checks and verify operational quality and performance.

• Use technical documentation, diagnostic tools and test equipment to identify and resolve equipment issues.

• Support equipment installation, setup, maintenance and qualification activities.

• Work closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve more complex technical issues.

• Support initiatives to improve equipment uptime, reliability and overall performance.

• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to address equipment-related issues.

• Maintain accurate service records, reports and relevant technical documentation.

• Follow all required safety procedures, cleanroom protocols and work instructions.

• Min Diploma with relevant semicon equipment experience or any hands on maintenance, servicing or troubleshooting of equipment/devices experience

• Entry level candidates with relevant diploma engineering studies can be considered.

• Candidates should be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and following strict safety and operational procedures.

• Singapore citizens only

• Salary: $3,000 - $5,500 (Fresh Diploma Graduate starting pay at $3,000)

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Role type: 1 year renewable contract

• Location: Woodlands
