Job SummarySeeking an experienced Senior Service Now Developer with strong expertise in Service Now SAM Pro, software asset management, and integrations. The role requires hands‑on development, administration, and reporting experience within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and administer Service Now SAM Pro for software asset and license management
- Manage integrations with tools like SCCM, discovery tools, and enterprise systems
- Ensure software license compliance across various licensing models
- Develop reports, dashboards, and custom queries in Service Now
- Work with major software vendors (Microsoft, Adobe, VMware) for asset tracking
- Support software lifecycle management and optimization
- 13+ years of IT experience with strong Service Now development expertise
- Hands‑on experience with Service Now SAM Pro implementation and administration
- Knowledge of software licensing models (user-based, device-based, subscription, etc.)
- Experience integrating Service Now with SCCM and discovery tools
- Strong reporting and dashboard development skills
