We are seeking an experienced Service Now Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Consultant to support a federal client at SSA Headquarters in Woodlawn, MD
. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery (DR), Continuity of Operations (COOP), Service Now BCM/IRM, NIST compliance, FISMA, and enterprise resilience programs
.

The consultant will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop, maintain, and improve enterprise-wide business continuity capabilities while implementing and supporting Service Now BCM and IRM solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of IT experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Public Trust Clearance

• Experience working in large enterprise IT environments including:
  • Data Centers
  • Mainframes
  • Open Systems
  • Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure
• Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Experience performing Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
• Experience with Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing.
• Experience supporting Continuity of Operations (COOP).
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Service Now BCM
  .
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Service Now Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Experience configuring Service Now BCM and migrating recovery plans.
• Experience supporting enterprise BCM and DR initiatives.
• Knowledge of:

• Experience using Microsoft Project and SharePoint.

• Conduct enterprise-wide Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
• Develop and document Business Continuity Plans.
• Configure, implement, and support Service Now BCM

• Maintain application dependencies and mission-essential functions.
• Develop and maintain recovery documentation.
• Facilitate tabletop exercises and recovery plan walkthroughs.

• Implement NIST SP 800-34 aligned recovery controls.
• Support FISMA compliance activities.
• Maintain BCM recovery plans and vital records.
• Coordinate COOP planning activities.
