We're looking for an executive leader to direct CMMI's largest group for designing and implementing innovative payment and care delivery models.

1 vacancy in the following locations:

• Atlanta, GA
• Chicago, IL

• Provide executive oversight to CMMI model teams and direct the development of care innovations that advance better care, better health, and lower costs
• Serve as principal advisor to the Center Director/Deputy Directors and senior leaders on alternative payment models
• Advise Group Directors on short, intermediate, and long-range plans for program improvement
• Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate resources for timely and cost-effective accomplishment of functional responsibilities
• Direct activities related to scaling Seamless Care Models

• Knowledge and experience with health care payment program laws, policies, and delivery system innovations
• Ability to lead large teams in developing, implementing, and evaluating complex care models and payment approaches
