IT Specialist (APPSW), Python Developer position(s) are being filled through the Office of Personnel Management's delegated Direct Hire Authority, open to all U.S. citizens. Selections made under this bulletin will be processed as new appointments to the civil service. Current civil service employees would, therefore, be given new appointments to the civil service. • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale Python applications integrating ML and LLM models.
• Utilize popular Python modules (e.g., Num Py, Pandas) for data processing and analysis.
• Conduct performance analysis to identify memory leaks and ensure scalability in multi-threaded environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Use Git or Bitbucket for version control and collaborate using Visual Studio Code.

To qualify at the GS-14 level, you must have specialized experience at the GS-13 level, or equivalent, which is in or related to the work of the position to be filled, that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such specialized experience must include:
