DMN Transport is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This mid-level position is responsible for customer invoicing, payment tracking, collections, and account reconciliation while working closely with our operations and accounting teams.

• Process and manage customer invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Communicate with customers regarding payments, billing questions, and account discrepancies.
• Apply customer payments and maintain accurate account records.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues and deductions.
• Work with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Assist with collections and payment arrangements.
• Support various accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

• Previous billing, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred in logistics field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Quick Books or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
