Program Management Intern Summer

Position: Program Management Intern Summer 2026
Motivated and detail-oriented College Intern to join our Change Management team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Change Management and data analysis.

Essential Functions:

* Assist in collection and analysis of data to support material database as well as ERP and PLM systems.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to as needed to organize and set up data.

* Support the development and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets.

* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

* Assist in the implementation of process improvements and program management tasks.

* Other duties as assigned.

Education and Training

* Enrolled student working towards a bachelor's degree Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

* Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.

Minimum Qualifications

* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; experience with project management.

* Strong PC Skills (spreadsheets, database management, word processing) a must. Power BI experience a plus.

Physical Demands

* Frequent sitting and working at computer for extended periods of time.

* Occasional climbing stairs.

Environmental Conditions

* General office setting.
