Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Coordinator for a full-time role, specializing in work order management. The ideal candidate will excel in managing client relationships, handling emergencies, and providing timely follow-ups to ensure continuous client satisfaction. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support:
Provide immediate assistance to clients.
Handle urgent client service requests and ensure prompt resolution of emergencies.
Facilitate effective communication between clients and the Thoreau team during critical situations.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between clients and technicians to ensure clear communication and efficient service delivery.
Workload Coordination:
Ensure seamless coordination between clients and field technicians.
Draft and submit accurate quotes for services requests.
Assess and dispatch skilled technicians or subcontractors.
Provide detailed status updates to keep clients informed.
Administrative Duties:
Create and manage reports, tracking unique bookings, system errors, and other relevant data.
Ensure adherence to client procedural requirements.
Handle project setup, vendor assignment, preparation of scopes/estimates, and review of work orders.
Manage material procurement, data entry of purchase orders, invoicing, vendor compliance, and documentation.
Source and manage vendor relationships.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and clients.
