Customer Support

Our client, a dynamic organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join their team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Support

Location: Woodridge, IL

Pay Rate: $18

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5PM

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, live chat, email, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to quotes, orders, product questions, pricing, and account support.
• Accurately enter, update, and manage customer orders and modifications, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to internal processes.
• Learn and proficiently use software systems including ERP, CRM, and case management tools to support customer needs.
• Manage customer cases from initial contact through resolution, maintaining clear communication and follow-up.

• Relevant experience in customer-facing or administrative roles, or a college degree preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate proprietary software systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone presence.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, with the ability to work scheduled hours and manage overtime responsibly.
