We’re a leading manufacturer of high‑performance microwave cable assemblies, and we’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Woodridge, IL. • Perform engineering activities related to the development and manufacture of 50‑ohm microwave cable assemblies
• Create and review technical drawings, including customer‑provided specifications and documentation.
• Generate drawing packages, Bills of Materials, and manufacturing routings.
• Develop clear and detailed assembly instructions, as well as design assembly and test fixtures.
• Execute experiments and utilize data to drive decisions.
• Communicate effectively with cross‑functional internal teams and external parties.
• Perform other job‑related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to support business needs.

• Mechanical Engineering degree from a 4‑year program (required)
• 0‑3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
• Experience with creating 3D models of components and assemblies in Autodesk Inventor (plus)
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of multi‑tasking (required)
• Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required)
• Must have excellent computer skills (Excel, Word) (required)
• MRP/ERP system experience (plus)
  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
