Job Overview: 10G is seeking an experienced Project Engineer / Project Manager to lead multiple hardware engineering projects in a hands-on, dynamic environment. This role is ideal for a professional with strong project management skills who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage in both the planning and technical execution of projects.

• Project Leadership:
  Oversee and manage multiple projects from concept through completion, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely communication on project progress and any adjustments.
• Project Management Tools:
  Utilize Gantt charts and other project management tools to plan, track, and manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Technical Support:
  Leverage technical experience to support hardware engineering and electrical engineering tasks, with the ability to step in and execute tests when required.

• Experience:
  
  7+ years in project management, preferably with a background in electrical engineering or hardware engineering.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Project Management:
  Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Communication:
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to stakeholders.
• Technical Background:
  Prior hands-on experience in hardware and electrical engineering is a plus.
