We're a leading manufacturer of high-performance microwave cable assemblies, and we're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Woodridge, IL. What You'll Do

• Perform engineering activities related to the development and manufacture of 50-ohm microwave cable assemblies
• Create and review technical drawings, including customer-provided specifications and documentation.
• Generate drawing packages, Bills of Materials, and manufacturing routings.
• Develop clear and detailed assembly instructions, as well as design assembly and test fixtures.
• Execute experiments and utilize data to drive decisions.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional internal teams and external parties.
• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to support business needs.

What You Need

• Mechanical Engineering degree from 4-year program (required)
• 0-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
• Experience with creating 3D models of components and assemblies in Autodesk Inventor (plus)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking (required)
• Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required)
• Must have excellent computer skills (Excel, Word) (required)
• MRP/ERP system experience (plus)
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
