Brobas Capital Partners is hiring a Head of Financing to run our entire financing operation. The person who owns the funding desk end to end, basically the CEO of our finance department.
We fund trucks, trailers, and equipment across 500+ lenders, and we are scaling fast. We want a leader who has spent years on the credit and underwriting side and is ready to run the whole engine.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN- The financing team, underwriting strategy, and funding speed
- Our 500+ lender relationships
- Approval rate, time to fund, and the health of every deal
- Hiring and coaching the group
- A senior credit, underwriting, or commercial lending manager at an equipment lender or a bank
- Ready to step up and run a department
- Brings relationships lenders answer the phone for
- Preferred:
Lithuanian, Serbian, Polish, Spanish, Russian, or Ukrainian. We serve a diverse community.
