Base pay range$30.00/hr - $40.00/hr
OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility in Woodridge, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of industrial equipment, including Blow Molding Machines, Conveyor Systems, Industrial Robots, Palletizers, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), and more.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment such as Blow Molding Machines, Conveyor Systems, and Palletizers.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with industrial equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve problems with Industrial Automation Equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair high speed filling and packaging equipment.
- Support all production needs as necessary, including operating equipment, relieving breaks and lunches, and leading and assisting on line changeovers.
- Repair and maintain mechanical equipment such as fillers, case packers, conveyor systems, palletizers, water purification/filtration systems and other production equipment.
- Continuously improve the speed and accuracy of product changeovers and preventative maintenance plans.
- Install and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Follow all company policies and work rules, including, but not limited to, housekeeping, GMP, PPE’s, SAP PM module, and quality systems.
- Participate in the development and implementation of line improvements.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Experience working with Blow Molding Machines, Conveyor Systems, Industrial Robots, Palletizers, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to troubleshoot Industrial Automation Equipment.
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting skills.
