What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 6 months of assembly experience
• Able to follow instructions and stay focused
• Lift 20 lbs and stay on your feet
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Basic communication skills in English (read, write, understand verbal instructions)
• Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Pulling caps and cutting wire
• Assembling electronic components by hand
• Use tools and equipment safely
• Inspect for quality and flag issues quickly
• Keep work areas safe and organized
• Show up on time, ready to hustle
• Team up with your crew to hit daily goals
