Sunday-Thursday | 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support overnight operations at our Woodridge, IL manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment, takes ownership of equipment reliability, and enjoys working independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high‑speed beverage production and utility equipment

* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical (single and three‑phase), pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems

* Support bottling lines, compressors, chillers, boilers, water processing, and wastewater systems

* Execute equipment rebuilds, overhauls, and PM optimization initiatives

* Conduct breakdown analysis and root‑cause investigations to eliminate repeat failures

* Support equipment installations, upgrades, and vendor‑led projects

* Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, PM records, and testing logs

* Coach and support team members to improve response to equipment issues and minimize downtime

* Partner with Safety, Production, and Engineering to support a zero‑injury workplace and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

What You Bring

* 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (beverage or high‑speed production preferred)

* Strong mechanical aptitude with proven electrical troubleshooting skills

* Experience with compressors, chillers, boilers, water treatment, and bottling equipment

* Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and breakdown analysis

* Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and OEM technical documentation

* Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance systems (SAP preferred)

* Ability to perform physical inspections, including climbing, reaching, and lifting
