Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm Founded in the early 2000s we are a 600+ employee large format graphics, exhibit systems, display hardware & event/retail visual communications manufacturer with multiple US locations. We support a wide range of customers including exhibit houses, event production companies, retail brands, marketing agencies & trade show partners. With continued growth in print capacity, new product lines, and expanded production capabilities our organization is strengthening its leadership team to support rising demand and faster turnaround expectations.
The 2nd shift Bench Carpenter will fabricate, trim, laminate, and finish custom wood components with accuracy and craftsmanship to support high-quality exhibit and display production.
- Fabricate, trim, and assemble custom wood components, counters, fixtures, and exhibit structures using table saws, miter saws, routers, and standard carpentry tools
- Perform finishing work including laminating, edge-banding, sanding, and detailed trim work to meet quality and aesthetic standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and build specifications to produce accurate, repeatable components
- Work closely with woodwork, metalwork, graphics, and assembly teams to ensure proper fit and integration of components
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following production workflows and quality procedures
- 3+ years of finishing carpentry experience including trim work, cabinetry, laminate work, and panel construction
- Proficiency with table saws, miter saws, routers (handheld and bench-mounted), and standard carpentry hand tools
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings with strong measurement accuracy and basic math skills
- Experience in high-mix custom fabrication such as exhibits, retail fixtures, or custom millwork
- CNC router operation and familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards are strong pluses
