Schedule:

Monday - Sunday 12 hour rotation from 6AM to 6:30PM

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support production operations and ensure all products meet company quality and food safety standards. This role is responsible for monitoring sanitation systems, performing quality checks, and maintaining accurate quality documentation throughout the production process.

Quality Assurance Technician Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products
  • Monitor water flow and sanitation of treatment systems including ROs, tanks, filters, and media beds
  • Maintain HACCP and SQF quality records
  • Conduct testing and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Document production and QA activities accurately
  • Report food safety and quality concerns to management
  • Support production operations while maintaining GMP standards
  • Assist with sanitation and cleaning procedures as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company safety and food safety procedure
Quality Assurance Technician Requirements:
  • Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in manufacturing required
  • Food manufacturing, beverage, or GMP experience preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Basic math and computer skills required
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing and food processing environment
  • Must complete pre-employment screenings including drug test and background check
