Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Assemblers. This role involves the assembly of military and medical device batteries in a well-lit, clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble military batteries and batteries for medical devices.
• Follow work instructions and assembly directions available in both Spanish and English.
• Prepare and manage your own work station and materials.
• Pack and label products as needed.
• Utilize basic computer skills to look up work orders and manage tasks.

Essential Skills

• Experience in small parts assembly and medical assembly.
• Basic computer skills for managing work orders.
• Ability to work with electrical assemblies and soldering.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Entry-level position with some manufacturing experience as a plus.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in light assembly is preferred.

Work Environment

Work in a very clean and temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. Each assembler has their own work station equipped with two computers. All work is performed sitting down, ensuring comfort throughout the day.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WOODRIDGE, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.25/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
