Eaton’s Electrical division seeks a 2nd Shift Supervisor for the HUB facility in Woodridge, IL. You will supervise production staff, support staffing decisions, and champion a zero-incident safety culture while driving continuous improvement across the plant.
Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in a leadership role in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and are possibly bilingual in English/Spanish. Experience with WMS and MS Office is preferred.
