Print Production & Finishing Associate

Description

HYPTE Branded Solutions is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Print Production & Finishing Associate. This hands-on position is primarily responsible for completing the finishing stages of printed materials, including cutting, sorting, assembling, quality checking, and packaging finished jobs. The ideal candidate is organized, works well with their hands, and takes pride in producing accurate, professional-looking work. Previous printing or production experience is helpful but not required;

training can be provided to the right candidate.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday
, Full-Time (8 hour shift with required 30 minute break)

Rate: $18- $20 per hour

• Run shrink wrap machine and Duplo slitter/cutter/creaser machine.
• Sort, collate, count, fold, assemble, and prepare printed materials.
• Package completed jobs accurately and securely for pickup, delivery, or shipping.
• Review work orders and confirm quantities, sizes, materials, and finishing instructions.
• Inspect finished products for print quality, accurate cuts, proper alignment, and other defects.
• Label and organize completed jobs so they reach the correct customer or department.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and safe production area.
• Assist print operators and other production team members as needed.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Follow all equipment and workplace safety procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks accurately.
• Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Basic math skills, including measuring, counting, and working with dimensions.
• Experience in printing, fulfillment, packaging, manufacturing, or a similar production environment is preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand and move throughout most of the workday.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work safely around paper cutters and other production equipment.
