Join Trinder Park Home Care as a Registered Nurse where you will deliver exceptional clinical care and build meaningful relationships with clients, providing reassurance and support so that older Australians can live independently with dignity and comfort in their own homes.
Role type:
Permanent Part‑time (60 hrs fortnight). Remuneration: $39.96 - $48.43 ph (experience dependent) + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff discounts & benefits.
Location:
based at Trinder Park Home Care in Woodridge with clinical visits across the Gold Coast, Tallebudgera, and Nundah (North Brisbane) area. A fleet vehicle is provided for all work‑related travel.
- Deliver person‑centred nursing care in clients’ homes.
- Conduct nursing assessments, develop nursing care plans, and complete clinical documentation.
- Provide clinical advice to clients and families, ensuring dignity, choice, and independence.
- Collaborate with Home Care Managers, Coordinators, and external health professionals.
- Ensure compliance within Aged Care Quality Standards, legislation, and Lutheran Services policies.
- Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- Ideally experienced in home care & aged care or community nursing.
- Current Full Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a well‑maintained motor vehicle that is comprehensively insured. Must be willing to drive between locations as required.
- Ability to support care partners and support staff with clinical needs
