Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 – the hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Registered Nurse – Surgery/OR

Edward Hospital – Naperville, IL

24 hours per week

Monday–Friday, 11:00 am – 11:00 pm, rotating overnights, weekends, and holidays on call

• Render professional nursing care to provide quality patient care.
• Employ critical thinking skills to assess patients’ condition, recognize deviations, plan and evaluate care, monitor patients’ progress, and record pertinent observations.
• Delegate appropriate patient‑care tasks to other staff.
• Function as a team member to fulfill unit goals.

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association.
• Associate degree in nursing or higher; BSN required within 5 years of start date.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of start date.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of start date.
• Preferred:
  Baccalaureate Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Previous OR/Surgery experience.
