We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Semiconductor Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing and expanding customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and supporting clients with semiconductor component solutions.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, relationship-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing customer accounts within assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the semiconductor market
- Develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and negotiations
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and supply chain updates
- Collaborate with operations and sourcing teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience in semiconductor, electronic components, or related industry preferred
- Proven success in account management, sales, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand technical product information and customer requirements
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
- On-site training required at our Woodridge, IL facility
- After successful training, this position can transition to a remote/hybrid work environment
