Components Express is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support our Account Management team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing requests, coordinating quotes, and serving as a key liaison between customers and account managers.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented fully on-site position ideal for someone who is proactive, responsive, and thrives on coordination and communication.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Account Managers to support day-to-day sales activities
- Act as the primary support contact and “go-to” resource for assigned accounts
- Manage RFQs (Requests for Quotes) and prepare accurate, timely quotes
- Coordinate with internal teams (purchasing, operations, etc.) to fulfill customer needs
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries quickly and professionally
- Track orders, follow up on open quotes, and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience
- Experience working with RFQs, quoting, or order management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience in electronics, components, or distribution is a plus
