Our client, a leading organization in the food service industry, is seeking a Inside Sales Rep to join their team. As a Inside Sales Rep, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting the Field Sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inside Sales Rep

Location: Woodridge, IL

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM

What's the Job?

• Provide administrative support to the sales force, including preparing quotes and completing order research
• Coordinate logistics for new customer roll-outs, openings, and product launches
• Communicate order statuses, returns, and credit issues with sales representatives and customers
• Maintain and update databases to ensure accurate and current information
• Assist in coordinating pre-packs, installations, and major sales activities from start to finish

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of administrative support experience with a focus on customer service
• Working knowledge of SAP, intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
