Construction Sales Representative

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Construction Sales Representative to drive residential exterior remodeling projects, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters. In this field-based role, you'll run company-provided and self-generated leads, perform home inspections, educate homeowners on solutions, and build trust through honest recommendations. You will prepare detailed proposals, close sales, and partner with production teams to ensure a smooth install.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage residential exterior remodeling sales from company-provided and self-generated leads
• Conduct on-site home inspections to assess roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters
• Educate homeowners on product options, installation processes, and financing solutions
• Prepare accurate measurements, estimates, and detailed project proposals
• Present solutions, overcome objections, and close sales to meet or exceed targets
• Use CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure accurate project handoff
• Maintain strong relationships with homeowners through project completion and beyond
• Attend training, meetings, and ride-alongs to continuously improve product and sales skills
• Represent Home Genius Exteriors with professionalism, integrity, and customer-first focus in the field
