Maintenance Lead
As a Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. You will replace and repair parts, detect defective components, and perform final testing and adjustments. Your role will involve dismantling, rebuilding, and reassembling machinery using hand and power tools. Additionally, you will troubleshoot motors, switches, lighting circuits, and electrical equipment, and perform basic adjustments to instrument control panels under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and daily direction to the maintenance team.
- Ensure plant equipment, building systems, and production assets operate safely and efficiently.
- Serve as the point of contact on shift, prioritizing work assignments.
- Support team development and provide coverage for the Maintenance/Engineering Manager as needed.
- Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance duties.
- Impact plant uptime, food safety, quality, and overall operational performance.
Essential Skills
- Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
- Ability to dismantle, rebuild, and reassemble machinery using hand and power tools.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting motors, switches, lighting circuits, and electrical equipment.
- Skill in performing plumbing repairs, pipe fitting, carpentry, painting, and minor concrete and plaster repair.
- Experience in fabricating and repairing parts using machine shop equipment.
- Ability to complete preventive maintenance work orders accurately and on time.
- Competence in operating forklifts, scissor lifts, sky jacks, lawn equipment, and snow removal equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance management and supervision.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Medical, dental & vision
