• Join a Mission-Driven Organization What You’ll Do As an Overnight Supervisor, you will:
Designate senior staff as lead when not on duty. Operate as Senior staff when on duty. Ensure the safety and security of the facility. Oversee the implementation of the patients schedule including intake and screening of new and existing patients. Develop and implement systems to organize and monitor work activities. Facilitate new employee on-the-job training. Provide direction for overnight staff regarding job duties and responsibilities.

Schedule employee training to ensure that all mandatory training requirements are met; attends mandatory in-service meetings and trainings. Conduct effective supervisory conferences and performance evaluations with employees, documents the content of such meetings, and provides feedback. Conduct headcount checks, nightly safety checks, and outside perimeter checks per contracting/licensing requirements. Utilize crisis intervention techniques and responds and intervenes during conflicts. Who We’re Looking For You may be a great fit if you are:

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university and one year work experience with children; OR Associate’s degree or 60 Credit hours from an accredited college/university and three years’ work experience with children. Other
