Warehouse Inventory Associate

Schedule:

Monday Friday, 6:30 AM 3:00 PM (30-minute break)

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Inventory Associate to support a corporate warehouse project. This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring inventory records are updated completely and accurately. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and committed to completing the full project duration.

• Operate a cherry picker to count and verify warehouse inventory

• Use RF scanner to track and update inventory records

• Maintain accurate inventory balances in the system

• Record daily inventory transactions accurately and timely

• Process claims for returned products

• Bill/credit assigned shipper loads as appropriate

• Ensure holds and reconciliations are completed accurately

• Assist with physical inventories and monthly reconciliations

• Communicate inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors

• Perform additional duties as assigned

• 0 3 years of warehouse or inventory experience

• Experience reconciling warehouse inventory systems

• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)

• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Comfortable working at heights (cherry picker use)

• Ability to lift 10 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Cherry picker equipment

• RF scanner

• Dry, climate-controlled warehouse environment

• Steel-toe shoes encouraged (not required)

• Professional warehouse attire required (no inappropriate T-shirts; jeans and cargo shorts permitted)

• In-person interviews required
