Location:

Woodridge, IL – Onsite

Duration: ~5 Months Contract

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (30-minute break)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Inventory Associate to support a project-based inventory initiative in a corporate warehouse environment. This role involves operating equipment, tracking inventory, and ensuring accurate stock records. Candidates should be detail-oriented and committed to completing the full project duration.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cherry picker equipment (must be comfortable working at heights)
• Use RF scanner to count and track inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock balances
• Process inventory transactions, returns, and claims
• Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation
• Ensure timely resolution of inventory discrepancies
• Communicate inventory issues impacting operations to supervisors
• Perform additional warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• 0–3 years of warehouse or inventory experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 10–20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience with warehouse inventory systems
• Previous experience using RF scanners

Tools/Environment:

• RF Scanner and warehouse inventory systems
• Climate-controlled, dry warehouse environment
• Dress code: casual (jeans/shorts allowed; no inappropriate t-shirts)
• Steel-toe shoes encouraged but not required
