This position works closely with field employees, corporate departments, vendors, and suppliers, and plays an important role in helping maintain organization, accountability, and operational efficiency throughout the department.

Duties & Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following job duties:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across multiple systems and spreadsheets
Create, update, and manage reports, tracking documents, invoices, and operational spreadsheets
Assist with title, billing, compliance, and supplier documentation processes
Serve as a point of contact between field employees, corporate departments, vendors, and suppliers
Monitor operational workflows and follow up to help ensure timely completion of tasks and issue resolution
Coordinate and support various administrative and operational functions for the Purchasing Department Maintain organized digital records, inventory tracking, and department documentation
Assist with onboarding coordination, equipment management, and employee support needs
Provide ongoing support to Purchasing leadership and partner departments as needed
Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and help identify process improvements
Adapt to shifting priorities and assist with a wide variety of department needs in a fast-paced environment
Take ownership of miscellaneous operational tasks and special projects as assigned
Skills & Requirements Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Excellent time management skill to complete daily tasks and priorities to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Experience with spreadsheets, tables, pivot tables, and basic formulas preferred
Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes
Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities
Administrative, operations, accounting, automotive, or related experience is a plus
Education & Experience:
2+ year of administrative experience or relevant work Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Authorized to work in the United States Requirement of Multi-Factor Authentication apps on cell phone
