Description Performance Ford Truck Country – Woods Cross, UT
Pay: $3,500 - $7,000+ per month (DOE)
Performance Ford Truck Country is looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a knowledgeable professional with previous dealership parts experience who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our service department, technicians, and wholesale customers.

- Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with parts inquiries
- Accurately identify and sell OEM Ford parts and accessories
- Work directly with technicians to source the correct parts efficiently
- Process customer orders, invoices, and payments
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocking and receiving
- Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service
- Ensure parts are ordered, received, and distributed in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
- Collaborate with the service and sales departments to support dealership operations

Requirements Qualifications- Previous automotive dealership parts counter experience is required
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and catalog systems
- Ford parts experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Professional attitude with a team-first mindset
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have prior professional automotive parts counter experience.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
