Service Porter – Automotive Dealership

Murdock Auto Team is looking for a dependable, hardworking Service Porter to join our Service Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a fast-paced team.

The Service Porter plays an important role in keeping our Service Department running smoothly and creating a positive experience for our customers.

• Greet customers and assist them when arriving for service.
• Move and park customer vehicles safely throughout the dealership.
• Retrieve vehicles for customers when service is completed.
• Help maintain an organized and clean service drive and parking areas.
• Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with moving vehicles as needed.
• Help keep customer vehicles clean and ready for delivery.
• Shuttle customers when needed.
• Assist with dealership errands and other Service Department needs.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures when operating customer or company vehicles.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers and coworkers.

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable driving and parking a variety of vehicles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Automotive or dealership experience is helpful but not required.
