Description: Growing Electrical Contractor company seeking a full-time Project Admin Assistant

• Assist project management from start to finish.
• Manage and distribute project-related correspondence including emails, filing, and scanning documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and field employees to ensure clear and timely communication.
• Assist in preparing, maintaining, and organizing project change orders and submittals.
• Assist in obtaining permits.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and follow up.
• Have basic knowledge of construction terminology or electrical contracting (preferred but not required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be able to provide eligibility of right to work in the US.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Must be able to work well independently.
