Project Manager Assistant

Growing Electrical Contractor company seeking a full-time Project Manager Assistant.

Pay determined upon hire based on experience.

• Assist in project development from start to finish.
• Coordinate with the Estimator, Project Manager, and Foreman regarding pre-construction agendas.
• Gather and organize project documentation and make it available to all team members.
• Follow up with PMs and customers, document findings to track project progress and reporting to leadership.
• Document project plans established in construction progress meetings.
• Follow up on material orders and delivery schedules.
• Read project specific documents including but not limited to, plans, specifications, submittals, bid documents, billing documents, and change order documents.
• Assist PM in tracking project budget and expenses including material/equipment delivery.
• Submit change orders for projects.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Skilled in time management and prioritization.
• Ability to quickly organize a variety of communications.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience working in CMIC a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skill and follow up.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be able to provide eligibility of right to work in the US.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Must be able to work well independently.
