PositionDescription: General Contracting Company seeking a full-time Project Manager Assistant
Responsibilities- Assist in project development from start to finish.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Superintendent.
- Gather and organize project documentation and make it available to all team members.
- Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.
- Supporting the coordination and management of projects.
- Researching information as required.
- Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, receiving and inputting invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, organizing and e-filing documents, etc.
- Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Construction experience a plus.
- Skilled in time management and prioritization.
- Ability to quickly organize a variety of communications.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience working in Quickbooks a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skill and follow up.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must be able to provide eligibility of right to work in the US.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Compensation: Pay determined upon hire, based on experience.

We help provide due diligence in purchasing property, bring raw land through the entitlement process with the city, facilitate design concepts with architect & engineering teams and coordinate with project ownership, we then take the project through the construction process and manage those same properties after construction.
