As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage projects ranging from $5,000 to $1.5 million. This role requires excellent organizational skills to handle material procurement, labor scheduling, and project logistics.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with office and field teams to meet project goals
- Manage material orders, inventory, and maintain a detailed material log
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and stay updated on industry best practices
- Coordinate with other trades on site, sequence tasks, and handle project scheduling
- Conduct regular job site visits, toolbox talks, and attend project meetings
- Manage project budgets, process change orders, and handle field orders weekly
- Maintain high‑quality standards and ensure safety protocols are followed on site
- Complete project close‑out tasks, including punch lists and return of site keys/cards
- Any interest, experience, or education in construction or related industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to foster collaboration and effectively drive project goals
