Responsibilities PHYSICAL EDUCATION (PE) TEACHER

Salaried Exempt: $61,354 - $76,693/year for CREDENTIALED teachers - dependent on experience

Non-Credentialed pay scale to be determined based on education and relatable work experience Full time, year round position – Monday through Friday

• Teach PE classes to Grades 7-12 in a psychiatric residential treatment setting
• Design learning activities that will relate to students – grades 7 through 12
• Monitor and maintain legal and regulatory requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of humor; who thrives working with adolescent boys
• The ability and interest to work with students at different grade and skill levels
• Preferred Secondary Utah Teaching Certification in Physical Education - NOT REQUIRED
• Preference for a Special Education endorsement - NOT REQUIRED
• Two years' teaching experience in general or special education populations preferred
