We have immediate openings for Electrical Test Engineers and Senior Test Engineers
. The successful candidates will join a team that performs testing and maintenance on medium and high voltage systems. Travel is a significant part of the job.

• Perform medium and high voltage apparatus testing and functional verification of control, protection, and alarm circuits.
• Set and test protective relays (Senior Test Engineers).
• Operate and interpret results from Doble, Fluke and other test equipment.
• Read and understand technical documentation and user manuals, IEEE standards, ANSI/IEEE system device function numbers.
• Apply the latest NETA Acceptance Testing Specification (ATS) and NETA Maintenance Testing Specification (MTS).
• Senior Test Engineers:
  Interpret substation physical drawings, equipment wiring diagrams, and substation control schematics; explain protection philosophy for feeder, breaker failure, bus, transformer, capacitor bank, and distance protection (basic concepts, reach settings, time‑delay settings, Mho distance elements).

• BSEE, BSME, or BSEEET degree.
• 6–10 years of experience for Senior Test Engineer or equivalent education and experience.
• Senior Test Engineers must be able to obtain NICET Level III certification.
• Strong understanding of safe work practices; excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of test equipment and driving ability to be insured to drive company vehicles.
• Applicants must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
