We're looking for an HVAC Warehouse & Fabrication Manager who wants more than just a job. We need a leader who takes pride in organization, efficiency, craftsmanship, and helping a growing HVAC company dominate the market.

You’ll be the quarterback of our warehouse and fabrication operations. Every successful installation starts with the right materials, the right ductwork, and the right preparation—and you’ll be the person making sure it all happens.

• Lead warehouse operations and inventory management
• Oversee HVAC duct fabrication and sheet metal production
• Coordinate materials for installation crews
• Build systems that improve efficiency and organization
• Keep inventory accurate and projects moving
• Create a warehouse operation that everyone else wishes they had

We’re not looking for someone who just moves boxes. We’re looking for someone who understands HVAC, knows ductwork, and understands what installers need before they ask for it. Someone who takes ownership and can stay productive without management breathing down their neck.
