We are looking for a newly graduated engineering student to help us grow our CNC department. Degrees that align with Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Design are a must;combined with a strong drive to learn. What we’re offering: paid hands-on, on-the-job training in specific CNC programming, processing, and routing for thermoformed plastic components. Our hope is to offer the right candidate a permanent position that will grow with our company as we scale into bigger industries and contracts.

With a strong focus on in-house tooling and advanced manufacturing processes, we pride ourselves on technical excellence and reliable execution.
Responsibilities- Learn to safely operate CNC routers and trimming equipment using approved programs, fixtures, tooling, and work instructions
- Interpret basic blueprints and drawings
- Assist to translate drawings and CAD data into repeatable trim processes that account for formed-part variation, fixture performance, tooling behavior, and production requirements.
- Support engineering changes and customer drawing revisions.
- Assist with first article inspections and process qualification.

- Readiness to learn, attention to detail, and safety mindset are prioritized over prior exprience
