CLINICAL THERAPIST (w/STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENT) opportunity for those who have the talent, passion and dedication to meet the behavioral health needs of our adolescents.

Status:
Full-Time Monday - Friday

Salary Range: $77,000 - $120,000 per year dependent on education, license, certifications and years of clinical experience

Your Goals & Objectives include:

• Conduct individual, group and family therapy while providing the appropriate application of all clinical interventions, treatment programming and clinical care for assigned caseload.
• Conduct initial assessments, treatment planning, ongoing case management, discharge planning and aftercare development and will document treatment interventions and results in the medical record on a timely basis.
• Assist with appropriate and ongoing training of direct care staff working with assigned team(s) and participate in the multi-disciplinary case conference meetings
• Be responsive to patient, family, and referral source concerns; as well as, providing timely reports on treatment obstacles and progress

Your Qualifications and Skills will include:

• Valid UT Clinical License - LCSW, CSW, LMFT, AMFT, CMHC, ACMHC
• Strong background of cognitive behavioral therapy; preferably working with adolescents
• Effective clinical intervention skills to engage the resident and develop effective and creative treatment plans
• Solid understanding of educational, psychological, family and social systems as related to behavioral treatment
